Product Description

LK-SSPD high-speed photodetector is engineered to accommodate digital and analog applications. This module is equipped with an InGaAs PIN photodiode that has a wavelength response from 1000 to 1650 nm, along with the essential matching electronics.

LK-SSPD is capable of offering a bandwidth of 20 GHz. It functions with a +5 V power supply and is compatible with the standard single-mode 9 / 125 μm fiber for input. The RF output utilizes an SMP-compatible connector that is impedance-matched to 50 ohms.

LK-SSPD is hermetically sealed within a compact housing and has a weight of less than 8 grams.
