Product Description
LK-HSPD high-speed detection module is engineered to cater to both digital and analog uses. This module is equipped with an InGaAs PIN photodiode that has a response wavelength ranging from 1250 to 1650 nm, along with the essential matching electronics.
LK-HSPD is capable of delivering bandwidths of 8 GHz, 12 GHz, 18 GHz, 22 GHz, and 30 GHz. The operation of the module is based on a power supply of either +3.3V or +5V, depending on the specific model. It is designed to work with a standard single-mode fiber of 9/125μm. The RF output features an SMA-compatible connector or a 2.92 mm connector, both with a 50 ohm impedance match.
LK-HSPD is hermetically sealed to safeguard against environmental factors, thereby enhancing its durability and reliability. It boasts a lightweight design, with a mass of less than 15 grams, which is ideal for applications where weight is a critical factor. The module is certified in accordance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2.0, confirming its compliance with stringent environmental and safety regulations.
